I booked the room for 3 days. It was a standard room but the room was very useless. The washroom was not hot water and it was not even clean. The room had wall ac and no windows. The photo was shown in the main but there was no hot water. . We were supposed to stay there for 3 days for the most important thing but due to some very urgent work i had to go there for 4 hours but did not get any help or got canceled or got any money back, i did not spend even a single day there. That's it. This is how it is

Poor hotel poor service. No wifi, no tv, no service

Overall a poor experience. Initially no cables were connected to tv when i asked to install tv, they were arranging cable even after that they could not start tv. No wifi was working and room service guys were not able to resolve. The food that i ordered seems like it is prepared from kind of street vendor. Also the cold drink that they served was hot. it was an owesome experience staying in the hotel…the room is spacious…and there are lots of street foods around the hotels if you want to have outside food…the hotel staffs are very friendly and are very prompt in the requests made to them

The washrooms were very dirty. Also the bed sheet was torn. The only good thing was breakfast and staff behaviour. Not recommended for people visiting with family.
