Very good property nice and cooperative staff the taste of the food is also very good with the reasonable price. Hove has good hygiene with required lotteries.

Room maintenance was not upto mark. Door locks were broken, table was dusty and lighting was also not proper. Overall had a very terrible experience in room 106.

Room was not clean, entry door was not opening fully. Room was smelling, humid room. Ac was not effective. Over pricing as per standard. Food oil was substandard.

Overall very good. The only problem was ac temperature system was not controlled by us. We had to call again and again to change the temperature.

For the first time i had such a terrible experience with a hotel i booked that too at such high prices. The washrooms weren't clean, the floor were creaking, the complimentary breakfast was horrible, there was a rancid smell coming from the room as well as bedsheets, if you're charging 1000 for early check in and 50 rupees just for an ice bucket which is basically water atleast provide services of that standard. And most terrible part was that there was a centralised ac system which means all the rooms will be at same temperature and no fans are available at the room. The mirrors were defected as well, and it's horrible especially for solo female travellers because some or the other staff will keep on roaming near to your room and you'll keep on hearing the voices even during late nights, so girls please keep the security lock on in case you visit this hotel because safety comes first. I would suggest to avoid this hotel, it needs some serious management revamp and renovation.

Hotel was ok i am not satisfied because room is so small and no cross ventilation and room cleaning service is worst manager was talking very rude language and said one u used and can't change my kids are not satisfied with this hotel i am not preferring this hotel next time key also not working properly staff is also talking very rude with customer please not booked this hotel next time

Property room and toilet was very bed and dirty flooring was damaged, toilet was also very small there is no space proper use for wc and shower, toilet room door not closed properly, lot of issue.

Place seems have too old interior and flooring. Restaurant sealing damaged and found with mold. And your app must have single occupancy tab.

Room is not all good, it's full of num smell, eyes were burning due to that smell and unable to sleep. I never suggest this hotel.

Everything else was fine but i requested for early check-in which was refused and i spent 5 hours sitting outside when i had a corporate booking. Even after that it was not coordinated.
