Not much happy. Toilet not maintained properly. Urinary smell was all time even washroom was looking clean. Hope it will be rectified in future and more supervision will be done.

It was our best stay in whole trip. We felt the royalty and luxury it exudes. We were welcomed and hospitality was great. The rooms were big and airy. We got a balcony. The staff was welcoming.

The property was not as expected as the standard room which was booked was far down in tge basement and you have to walk down almost 45 stairs to reach to your room. Moreover the room was also small and smelly due to dampness.

A scenic property with very hospitable staff. The location is very central and convenient with good public transport connectivity. It overlooks the lake and offers a very scenic view. The bakery is also worth a visit.

I recently stayed at the hotel and while the overall experience was good, i felt the pricing was a bit too high for what was offered. Ana and arvind did their jobs exceptionally well, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The *darban* was also very courteous and helpful. Both the stay and food were enjoyable, but considering the price, i expected more in terms of room quality. I believe the hotel should either upgrade the rooms or adjust the pricing to match the experience offered.

Noor us sabah is no longer a palace experience. Poor maintenance all across the property and buckets kept in the lobby for dripping water! conference rooms look dingy and dark. And renovation on which leads to construction noise. The entire property now gives a haunted feeling. Avoid.

A great place with lovely view from rooms. Very well maintained with staff very friendly. My stay was extremely pleasant. There is a scope for improvement in food though.

It's a decent property however due to current renovation the things are not upto the mark, however osam at the reception was kind enough to provide us upgrade due to ac issue and ashok from breakfast has taken care very good care of us and my daughters food requirements. Overall a nice stay if u are lucky enough to grab a good room with a view.

Checked late at 11 pm with my family offered a room with hardest mattresses, hot water shower not working maintenance staff changes room but no solution. Ac nor cooling despite how low u put temp. Nothing five star in it much better options in town.

Divine royalty and settings on the lake front is fantastic. Staff is good.

Very congenial and comfortable stay. Weather was fabulous and we enjoyed every bit of it, the vast green expanse and lake front was beautiful. Friendly staff and good food.

I stayed here a day before an important exam. Since they had some construction going on, there was some drill noises coming to my room and i asked the receptionist to take care of the sound as i had to study. She addressed the issue very kindly and shifted me to another room, in fact a bigger room that costed much more than the room that i had paid for. They address all the problems promptly and the price paid is totally worth it. The scenic and serene location with the lake view just adds a cherry on the top. The staff no doubt is very courteous and considerate
