Room, ambience , cleanliness, food and parking were perfect basic toiletries were not refilled and were not even available on request. Jet spray pressure was extreme and uncomfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at playotel inn and i must say, it was truly an exceptional experience! from the moment i arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. The room was beautifully but it was wet when i cheeked in the bathroom was net and clean and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room, from the plush towels to the luxurious toiletries. The hotel's facilities were impressive, including a delicious restaurant serving gourmet cuisine. The i cheeked out early so they packed breakfast for me.

I wasn't allotted the premium room in my first day of arrival and after constantly asking for that room i got the room on next day. They also asked us to check out one hour earlier than the mentioned checkout time

Reception said they did not get any mail from make my trip and on persistence they said they recd. Towel was not provided. I called they said they do not have staff to send towel and asked me to wait but towel was not sent. Rooms had not window and it was full dark and you do not know if it’s day or night.

Pehle chota room 102 diya usme tv AC kaam nhi kar rha tha… complaint karne karne par 107 diya… mene booking 219 sa ft room ki thi to phir chota room pehel kyu diya

Pros i liked the hotel staff attitude and the hotels rooms the location of the hotel is good cons for half a day water was not coming half of the items of the restaurant in hotel is not available to order towels were not available in the rooms and we had to ask the reception for it

It was very comfortable stay, we checked in early and they didn't charge extra for that, house keeping, staff interaction was good located on highway easy approachable to airport and railway station and main market and tourist spots. Overall it was amazing.

Awesome place to stay in playotel inn is such a unexpected nice place to stay. Staff is very well mannered and helpful. Food quality is good food is very delicious. They also provided me complimetry early check-in as i arrived before hotel check in time.
