The staff is friendly and hospitable, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with luxurious toiletries and plush towels. The food is delicious, and the breakfast buffet has many options. However, some guests faced issues with water supply, towels, and half of the restaurant's menu not being available. The property is still under construction, and some guests faced issues with hot water and lift not working. Overall, a good property for business and family travelers.
