Irresponsible and casual approac

Actually not a hotel but it's more of a resort or marriage palace with rooms. When tried to get in touch with hotel while enroot on mob no provided by mm t there was no response, had made 4 calls. After arrival at resort got call from them (customer care. They had no curtsey at all. Property is just ok, the best part was the restaurant and its staff, they were excellent.

It was a pleasant stay at playotel having very polite and cooperative staff. Having a limited food menu but preparation is mouthwatering.

Went for 3 days to Bhopal and explored this property with apprehensions… turns out to be a nice experience and a good choice. Good location (for me) in Bhopal outskirts.. calm and quiet.. courteous staff and very good food

Good Stay

Located far from bhopal city but location good among-st lush green fields. Peaceful and serene. Food is ok. Amenities ok. Services ok. Operating with very few staff. Cleanliness wise good. The last day they put pressure on us to vacate exactly at 10 am as they booked the room for a marriage party. The check in time is from 12 noon whereas check out is from 10 am which doesn't seem reasonable.

the stay was comfortable. the room was very clean and the staff were also very friendly and good. front desk, house keeping, in room dining, restaurant; all the staff were well-mannered, well-behaved, polite too. if a little more training is provided, to polish their skills, they will be no less than the 4/5 star staff. food was a major concern, with very limited options (breakfast spread or in-room dining) and the food quality also need improvement. since the hotel is located at a remote place, it is also quite away from the city, food is definitely a major thing to be considered.. no pictures to add. i am done. thank you 😊

Poor service, poor manage-men

Very bad experience, food quality was ok, but, service is terrible. Limited staff. One evening ordered grilled sandwich, they took one and half hour to make a sandwich and that too made simple sandwich, ultimately after completion of 2 hrs, we got poor quality of grilled sandwich. Less variety of breakfast. Newly developed rooms were good. As it is close to iiser, bhopal, ok alternative to stay at this hotel. All this complaints were made to mr. Sharma, manager, all we got was sorry and waive of charges of sandwich. Actual distance to iiser is 14 kms thru highways. 4 kms is thru village which has very very bad roads.

Needs to improve food quality & price, taste is not there with the price amount, and quantity was too high, hotel staffs use swimming poll in-front of guest in a untidy manner

Service is not there

There was just one person to provide service. The washroom was used and not even flushed. They couldn't provide tea for one hour, and the food was also not good.
