The rooms were not clean specially the washrooms. There were cockroaches roaming in the room

Property location is good, but the hygiene is poor. Cockroachs are all around the room & toilet. Ac of room is not working properly only just showing 16 degree but not working.

The hotel is very outdated with rooms looking very old. The rooms were smelling and it was damp. No hot water and ac making noise. Breakfast was ok but not tasty. Overall not good. Better avoid it.

Rooms are maintained in good and proper. Services are delayed. Too frequent power failure. Receptionist has to smile while coming and going

I did notice that certain areas of the hotel could benefit from better maintenance. A little investment in upkeep would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with great potential. With a bit more attention to maintenance, it could easily change experience of stay.

The hotel's location is good but the hotel needs some restoration works. Even rooms smell like they have not been used for decades. Also, there are many cockroaches which are roaming around your beds and washrooms even though there is no water in the flush and the showering area.
