At first impression we were having some trouble. But when it goes with management all went well. Thanks for helping us management. And about food and location all were good. We enjoyed staying there.

Stay was very good except few things like chairs in room were dirty/old and towels which not commensurate with the name like clark's. Rest is very good.

Old property and not well managed

The linen wasn’t clean, all the tvs in our suite weren’t working and it took more than an hour for the technician to fix them. The breakfast wasn’t good either. The location was good though but not a great view from the balcony of a valley view room so wasn’t worth it in the end.

Damp smell, not maintained

Rooms were damp, smelling very bad. I had to upgrade by paying extra for the family suite. Family suite was fine with a view. This hotel needs renovation. At the restaurant chairs were also unhygienic and sticky

Good food & a nice place to stay. Apartment room was hygienic with hot and cold water 24x7. Fresh food was prepared on our order.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 days in june 2024. The stay was comfortable. Hotel has car parking which was a relief. Staff was supportive and hotel offered good food.

Property location is good and at peaceful place. It's a nice build property. Since we stayed in a newly build rooms, there were few things missing. Overall staff is responsive.

Nothing spectacular

Property is decent and offers all the essentials. But it stops there. Not value for money though. Location is good and is on the main road. However, there are no scenic views visible from the hotel and you see other hotels from their balcony.

Terrible Stay

Worst check-in experience. They made us wait for 2 hours. Hotel staff especially at reception was very rude and arrogant. Rooms were not upto the mark and checkout was even worse. Really bad experience
