Property is good location is good but the nature of hotel line. Is very unprofessional provide only one towel for every thing. Breakfast is very worst just like n cc mess. No electric cattle in room no complementary coffey or teg bags

Facilities like towel, toothbrush etc has not been provided by property. Also, staff behaviour on asking and complaining on these was cold and unresponsive. People are not even greeting guest nicely. Negative experience.

Good one. All staffs are very cooperative. Hotel is nearby bhubaneswar railway station. Food is also superb. Overall a better stay.

I had a good overall experience at this hotel. The location is quite convenient, being close to the railway station, which made travel easy. However, i found the bed to be uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality. Despite this, the other amenities and the service were satisfactory. I'd recommend this hotel for its prime location, but i hope they can improve the comfort of the beds in the future.

The room was not as per my expectation. The floor was broken or the floor sheets were torn which made me feel tired while walking in the room. Food delivery was also taking a lot of time. Afrer calling the reception a lot of time i got the menu card. The other issue i felt was that the rooms are attached to each other, because others room voice came to my rooms. This is a issue regarding privacy. Or it's my personal experience, i may be wrong i did not get positive vibes from the room. I couldn't sleep the whole night. I feel strange noises, feeling of someone's presence in my room. Rest the behaviour of the staff was also good, food taste is average. Thanks

The property is located in the middle of city and is well placed for conveyance etc. However, the service and the response of the staff is very poor. Though i am not very demanding but had to approach the staff a number of times even to get the basic services in room. My high tea was complimentary but not providedeven after reminding them twice.

during my stay at crystal urban park, i had the opportunity to experience their room service, which truly stood out. the staff’s professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail made my stay very comfortable. the room service menu offers a good variety of options, ranging from local delicacies to continental dishes. i ordered dinner a couple of times, and the food was delivered hot and fresh, well within the promised time. the flavors were excellent, and the presentation was thoughtful—even for in-room dining.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The food quality and test is not satisfactory. But staff behaviour is good.

Good location and excellent hospitality. Clean rooms and excellent service. I had left my wallet while check out and the staff was courteous to call me and handover.
