Zero service called many time on reception but no response. Room was also not ready while check inn took half hour to provide room

Breakfast was included but not provided. And towel was not cleaned. No mineral water provided. They provide ro water. I am not satisfied with the service

Dear mmt team, as per attached detail i had booked hotel through make my trip in bhubaneswar and faced below issues: i)towel not cleaned spots are there. Ii)they have failed to provide the complimentary breakfast for 2nd day. Also not sure to provide the 3rd day breakfast(parcel. I have already intimated the above things to hotel reception but they are not reluctant. Regards, snehansu ghosh
