It was excellent experience in fortune park sishmo-member itc hotel group, bhubaneshwar. The price i booked was 4500 +gst which is ok. Price can be a little less but food was amazing. Must try thier in-house food

Ac wasn’t working. There was no one to assist despite repeated calls. Food wasn’t that good. Washroom flush wasn’t working properly.

Amazing hotel, highly professional staffs. They give you feel of a 5 star business hotel stay. Its proximity from airport and location it’s situated at is an another add on.

I booked suite room which was same as per booking. Even room was smelling very badly which was corrected, though i was not satisfied by booking room which was expensive

It's average stay. Requested for smoking room but found no astray in the room and after request they provided the same. No person is available at the reception for taking the luggage or guiding to the room.

It’s good hotel really nice place to stay in bhubaneswar if you want to visit puri and konark you need to stay here it’s great place and it’s situated in between bhubaneswar to puri all buses are stop here also state museums, mall and railway station is with 5 min walking distance. They also upgraded my booking to club room also they provide fruits for free of cost.

Worst experience ever. The washroom lock got damaged and my wife was locked inside the washroom. Though the staff of the hotel managed to break the lock but neither it was repaired, nor did they bother to change the room. No proper guidance by the staff when you enter your room. The staff did not guide for the whereabouts, all you need to do is to solve the puzzles, try hit and trial methods. The room, even if ac was switched off for long hours, continued to be damn chilled. The taps of the washroom always give hot water no matter you turn it right or left. Kettle provided was of no use, it was not properly cleaned. No fan in the room. No doubt, room was good but our stay was not pleasant. I am hopeful that hotel management would read my review and try to improve their services.

Excellent stay except for drilling sound in some floor. On our request they stopped the drilling work by 10pm. Good service. Restaurant bf could be improved

The stay was comfortable. Rooms were spacious, front desk conduct was very good. Only thing missing was a dedicated covered parking for the hotel. Vehicle had to be parked in the open.

Service is very poor. I am waiting one hour after ordered the food. At the time of check out 30 minutes waiting for luggage cary out though attended but no body came. Lastly i am carrying all luggage otherwise my flight may be missed.

The hospitality was very good, ambience of the hotel and taste of the food was amazing. Being a regular customer they surprised me with a small token of gift ( by giving a pastry ). The stay was good and very near to the airport.

It was a wonderful stay. The executives are very very efficient and their sincerity are truly ****able. Their attitude behavior towards guests are really praiseworthy. Wishing them all success ahead. I think no one gave us any opportunity for a negative comment against be it on breakfast table house keeping or anywhere. Look forward to visit again.
