Nice hotel. Just beside rely station. Daily almost same bf. Little bit mobile network issue. Sufficient wifi provided. U can try for business trips.

Not recommend as custormer have problem in getting cab/auto through uber or old at hotel location. We have to walk 1 km from hotel to take booked cab auto as local auto create problem in allowing this booked pick up at hotel entrance itself. Customer has to carry his bags and suitcase such a long distance and harassment me by this local autos which is standing just near to hotel.

Convenient location. Only 1 min walk from railway station. Rooms are clean and cozy. Clean washroom. Friendly staff. Food is not great, specially biryani. Very less options for complimentary breakfast. No complimentary tea coffee kits available at rooms. Over all good stay.

Staying at grand central hotel was ok. The rooms were very neat and clean the food is great but the only issue is with the bed size, which is too small and qty of the food is also very less

Staffs are good, quick and easy check in process. But the delux room size is quite small. But room was found clean.

Hotel does not provide tea/coffee/sugar pouches inside the room. The room was stinking cigarette & foul smell was coming from a/c the seat of the toilet commode was broken from one side. No slippers available inside the room. The wardrobes were broken, seems it's a very old property which is not maintained properly.

Worthless staff, very rude behaviour of reception who was presented at 7 pm on 15th july, very illogical words, very much dissatisfied with that receptionist, he was thinking that he is the manager of the hotel, with this type of behaviour nobody will stay in that hotel.
