Service is not good at reception. They take more than 1/2 an hour for check in whereas i prebooked hotel. Also staff behave very awkward when find you outsider like not from orissa. One staff continues stare at us during our breakfast time like she keeping her eyes on how much we eat. But food was delicious

The taste of food is very ordinary and nothing great to speak about. The oil contents in the food is outrageous and unfit for consumption. Hotel infrastructure needs revival and is ill-maintained. Rooms are untidy and lacks space to keep the luggages. The only good thing is good service. But it is not a place worth staying.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Pushpak on the 10th and 11th. The services were exceptional, and everything exceeded my expectations. A special shout-out to Padmawat from housekeeping – she was welcoming and excellent at her job. The room was spotless, and the cleanliness and pleasant odor truly stood out. I opted for breakfast, and the food was delicious. Overall, I didn’t encounter a single bad experience during my stay. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I appreciate everyone involved in making my stay so comfortable.

Good one, but missed the facility last time visit. Prompt housekeeping and room service. Food was good and tasty. Breakfast is awesome.
