The room was well maintained, and loved the neatness. Also the room had electric kettle to boil water for tea and coffee. Tea and coffee bags with milk powder and sugar. 2 mineral water bottle were already provided. Loved the quality of the room. Had a very seamless experience in checkin at reception.

Ugh, my hotel room was kinda ok, but the smell? 🤢 Seriously, the whole 4th floor reeked of bathroom drainage. I'm pretty sure it was coming from the washroom drains. It made my stay less enjoyable, unfortunately. Hoping they fix that soon! Hotel is hardly 200meters from Pltform 1

It was a short trip with my family, we have booked 3 rooms ac deluxe. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff members were very helpful. Overall a very good stay.

Good good room's 2 min walking to station can improve lift not working 50% of the time on all 3 days. Serious issue since walking upto 4th floor room was really difficult. We experienced this on all 3 days of our stay. The taste of food in the restaurant can be improved.

The hotel was okay, the area is not pleasant at all. The towels were very hard and were leaving lint. The extra mattress provided was as hard as a brick.

I booked for 3 members but hotel charged for extra bed extra bed is also not bed made out of thermocoal unable to sleep. Food quality is also average. Bed sheet provided also not proper clean as per list amenities not provided like fridge woolen blanket overall not upto the mark. I suggest to improve service and cleaning so that more travelers may come.

For the amount you pay, it still falls short. Instead you can pay 500/1000 more and get a good hotel room elsewhere. Maintenance is sub standard, staff see it as a job rather than being hospitable. Breakfast is okay. Overall 2/5
