Bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty, although staff behaviour was better more cleanliness tobe maintained, lodge location also was not good

The room was dirty, cleaning is an issue. I would not recommend to anyone.

Worst room ever especially the washroom. I would never stay again here and also was hearing noises from above floor at 2am of someone making out

This hotel is very dirty brother, never come to this hotel, i have never seen such a hotel in the whole of india, as dirty as this hotel is, and yes it is winter season, they have provided thin sheets, it would have been better if such facility was provided to us in our train, i travel like this, i have only one request that this hotel should be removed, thank you

The property is not clean, mosquitos are there in the room, bathroom and room is not clean. Bed also very old it does chun chun all night. Room service is also not upto standards.

A very average kind of hotel. Google map is also incorrect as it is for sham-bit grandee instead of sham-bit royale.

It was an average experience. They had mentioned sweets in their breakfast menu( complementary breakfast) but telling it's not available. In the bathroom they keeping only bone pouch of shampoo. In the room electric kettle is there but not a working condition. They charge us extra rs400- for check-in before allotted time( check-in time was 12 noon but got check-in at 8 am) we were not aware of this system. In the positive side their room service was nice. Food was tasty. Neat and clean environment.
