Horrible stay with the hotel no food service.

It was like a school. There were rules written on the reception desk regarding things kept inside the room. So if there is anything, the guests paya for it 😃😃😃. 1st the reception person said that for early check in he will give me the bill and after taking the money he said management will not allow bills for early check in. They are highly unprofessional.

Bedsheet and blankets are not even cleaned and there is no basic bathroom sanitary are available like soap, hand wash n all. Nd after this kind of service they asked me for fine for beds-hit stain. They asked me 1100 rupees fir fine after that they negotiate and tell me to pay 500, there is no food stain in d beds-hit still they charged me d fine. Really not a good experience with hotel and the staff.

Disappointing stay - overcharged and underwhelmed i recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and my experience was a disaster from the start. First, they had the audacity to charge me an extra rs900( i paid 600) for early check-in, which is absolutely ridiculous. The initial room they assigned me didn't even have a washroom! after complaining, they reluctantly moved me to another room, And to make matters worse, the washroom smelled awful. But the cherry on top was the "amenities. They provided only one bowl for the entire day, expecting me to somehow manage with it for three meals. Are they kidding me? and they even don't have their restaurant, guests have to manage their meals on their own. Overall, my stay was a complete disappointment. The excessive charges, subpar rooms, and lack of basic amenities made for a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The smell was pretty bad, we had to ask for things rather than it being in the room from the starting, the breakfast was the worst. Only good thing was that the staff was good
