Main hotel and stay is both little apart, not known before booking, hotel accommodation is excellent, restaurant food is delicious

On 4th dec’24 night around 11 pm i called for water bottle and they have not provided. I tried calling after 20 minutes but phone was not ringing. Very horrible experience. After paying 5k per night you can’t get 1 bottle of water. So horrible.

The rooms were clean. However, two receptionists were damn slow in doing the check-in. I was not happy with their behaviour. Rooms were bit smaller for the price paid. Overall a decent stay. Typical issue of hot water.

Hi, the staff of the presidency hotel were courteous. Rooms were neat and clean. Only the toilet drain system was not correct. All the water in the bathroom comes to the wash basin area ie the dry area of the bathroom. Other wise the stay was comfortable-

Property location is near to airport. Food in the hotel is good. Hotel lacks centralised ac that is an issue and frequent power outages are there.

Location is ok excellent food but expensive, above average breakfast. The property has 2 buildings, one is an old property and one is new. We booked 5 rooms. One room was allocated in new building and 4 in old building.

Room is extremely small as compared to price they are taking. Getting a parking space entirely depends on your luck even if u have booked a room. Ac of the room we stayed is not working properly and water was leaking. Some of the front desk staffs need to be more courteous and professional

There is only one charging port in the entire room that is also not close to the bed. Otherwise it was good. Staff behaviour very good.

The breakfast was not good, and the main thing we prefer is the good parking for our own vehicles like cars. There are no such parking facilities. It's in the road area, and that is open parking, not even it's closed-covered parking. Even though we booked the room 10 hours before our arrival at the hotel, they also did not arrange the room for us. They made us wait for half an hour and then only allotted the room to us. At that time, only some had vacated that room. Then what is the purpose of allocating the room 8 hours before itself.

It was a worst experience for me. Reception ladies was mannerless. They should learn to behave properly. Atithi devo bhav. I am astonished that presidency hotel should teach the hospitality of such arrogant staffs
