The rooms were cleaned superficially, the bed sheets were not washed, and had many marks on them. There was no gyeicer in washrooms and when requested they provided one electric heater for 2 rooms which we booked. There was a kind of strange smell coming from the room. The tv was not in a working condition. The response from staff was not good at all. Though passed many complaints but no action was taken. It's really waste of money. I will not recommend this hotel.

Very poor service and unpleasant stay experience. No hot water in bathroom room is full of mosquito. No tea coffee powder in room. No towel

Toilet flush was faulty and not working properly. Rest everything was ok. Overall experience was decent.

Service was very very slow. Bedsheets were torn-ed and in very bad condition. They need to improve themselves. Otherwise safe place to stay.

Very dirty rooms with the bed having bugs and very poor quality bed mattress with blankets not being cleaned since a very long time. Also, we also paid for a extra bed but we were provided with only a small matress with no cover and anything.

The property doesn't have a lift, so try to book ground floor rooms. The location is good, ( 50 mtr off highway. Hotel staff are helpful & polite. Cleanliness is also good. All in all its a good choice if you don't have very high expectations.

We found died insect in our complimentry breakfast. Room are not hygienic, even linen and bedsheet as well.

First of all make sure you are booking at correct hotel, they have 2 hotels lal qila and lal qila inn, this is lal qila inn. Lal qila is nearby only but little more luxury. However, inn is also good, they allowed me early checkin and the staff behavior was excellent. Wifi was not recharged, but upon asking them, they recharged the wifi. Additionally, while i'm reviewing, they don't have wifi in 1st floor, so make sure to confirm before checkin, otherwise choose ground floor. Overall great stay, i would recommend it for 1k - 1. 5k price range. Washroom was clean, also in my room it was like a bhk flat with a mini hall and kitchen.
