1)taken extra charges for early check in. 2)in terms of rs1800- taken accommodation is very dirty and uneventful. 3)hotel staffs are very rude and unprofessional behavior with customers. 4)even if want to take extra charges for breakfast which mentioned in ticket booking. 5)want to give me non ac rooms even after after check my hotel tickets. 6)old broken beds and sofas were given under accommodation.

The hotel provided us with double bed for 3 persons. The rooms were dirty, so as the bed sheets. They said will provide a single mattress for the 3rd person which can be placed on the floor. I surely didn't book a hotel to sleep on the floor. We had to upgrade the room to ac to avoid the dirty room and paid 300 extra.

No in - house kitchen not safe at all, Not served breakfast even after complimentary add on, have to go outside for a team. Room allotted at 3rd flr, no lift facility.

Staffs are very good & polite. But rooms are not so satisfying. Overall experience is good. Good for stay for 1 or 2 night.

Stay is good and comfortable, for economic stay the hotel is good. Blaket are not clean and the bathroom is samll.

Room was not good and the walls need painting, they have discoloration and peeling paint, room service was bad, bathroom shower was broken, the whole room smelled like it was closed off for months

The receptionist is rude. They are very rude to talk. The room is good but the television is not working.

Very bad and foul smelled inside the room, very rough room boys, no clean ness, very poor response from the hotel manager, this hotel is not fit for family stay, good for running the bar. Please drop this hotel from mm t list. Break fast is horrible.
