The booked hotel did not have a room available when i arrived at midnight, as the rooms were under maintenance. The hotel manager convinced me to stay at their other hotel. Upon reaching there, i faced a problem with the ac not working properly. I was unable to sleep properly as the bed pillow was filled with bed bugs. I managed to sleep as there was no option or conveyance to choose another room at midnight. Additionally, the hotel did not have the facility to serve breakfast, even though i had booked a room with a complimentary breakfast.

Good rooms actually but under maintenance. Quiet location. Amenities should be provided a bit more. More or less it's fine staying here

We were given a queen size bed instead of a king size bed which was not comfortable for 3 people. The room size was not classic, it was quite small. Daily cleanliness was not done. One of the staffs behaved rudely on asking about king size bed.

I have booked the room and payment done But when i reached at hotel they refused that paid amount is too low and they need extra 300 rupees without bill.

Very bad service and not get any room there after booking done 2 days before and also full payment done. Also there is no reception or helpdesk where we can ask our query for room and our stay query. I am not stay there because of not getting room at that location and the manager told that relocate their another property

We had an average stay here, no lifts, some rooms are spacious some are not, ac not working properly, bedsheets were not changed accordingly, cockroach was in almirah, in case of power cut no generator or inverter facility, but good point the reception and helper was good in behavior
