Room was very good and neat and clean with every amenities. Room service and staff behavior also very good. The hotel is situated at the heart of the city. Washroom was very good however the toiletries provided could have been better.

It was a good experience; smooth checkin and checkout, and decent breakfast options. Room size was good and the room was clean. I felt a bit stuffy in the stuffy in the room, but had a sound sleep. Good for short visits.

Very polite staff. Breakfast spread was average. Desserts were not very good. Swimming pool water should be more clean. Staff was very courteous and very peaceful environment. Bed was fantastic.

Comfortable stay with spacious neat rooms. Food quality is very good with ample options. Gym faculty is ok but pool is not in working condition.

My recent stay at swosti premium, bhubaneswar, odisha, started off as a complete disaster. From the moment i checked in, i had an awful experience with the front office staff, including the front office manager. I had requested a king-sized bed, but he denied the request, citing that the hotel was sold out. He suggested joining two single beds instead, but it didn’t provide the comfort i was looking for (picture attached. From there, things only went downhill. The room was not cleaned properly (picture attached, the staff was unresponsive to my requests, and there were multiple issues with the bathroom. The toilet flush was not working, and to make matters worse, there was no hot water in the shower. I was incredibly frustrated and seriously considered leaving the hotel just a few hours into my stay. However, after voicing my concerns, ms. Saubhagya manjari, the room division manager, personally reached out to me. She was incredibly professional, listened to all my complaints, and took swift action to resolve the issues. I was moved to a cleaner, more comfortable room, and she went above and beyond to ensure the remainder of my stay was pleasant. While the experience started on a sour note, ms. Manjari’s involvement turned things around, and i left with a much-improved impression of the hotel. I appreciate the efforts made to address and fix the problems, but i hope the hotel takes proactive steps to prevent these issues from occurring in the future.

Stay was very comfortable. Staff were courteous. Rooms were big and clean. Breakfast a big spread. Ambience of the breakfast place excellent. Overall experience good.

Good property. Good food. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread was good. Room service can use intercom when there is. No response from calling bell. Food is bit over priced.

Jayadev vihar in bubs is a prime location and most big 5* hotels are located here. So location wise absolutely perfect. We know swosti since its early days in the 90's. Polite and helpful staff. Food that not just the stomach but the tongue also agrees with! the hotel is surrounded by proper footpaths with lush tree cover so one can walk/jog instead of gym. Travel desk has lots of options for sightseers. Housekeeping and room services were super helpful. Breakfast had lots of options.

Hotel swosti is not exactly a 5 star property. There is no hot water in toilets round the clock. The force of water is shower enclosure is very low. The lifts are very old and looks ancient. Service is good. My rating is 4

Property is at vet goof location. Food is ok. But one important thing that you have to share your room invariably with mosquitoes, fly bees and lizard.

Location - 20 mins from airport. Convenient to access different areas of bhubaneswar. Food - really liked the food. Especially the dessert section. Awesome. Staff - very welcoming. Pleasant. Suggestion - pool closed for two days per week for maintenance, that too consecutive days. Not that great.
