The location is perfect and very close to iskcon temple and the middle of the nayapalli area of bhubaneswar. Hotel restaurant is good enough for this type of hotel. For medium budget stay, this hotel is excellent with all necessary amenities ac, geyser, smart tv, electric kettle, study table & chair etc. Services was very prompt on call or demand and staff were courteous.

Stay was good. Location also fine as i needed it close to the stadium. But could get breakfast only for one day as they mentioned breakfast would start at 7. 30 but were late in service. Had to order my own breakfast.

Very bad experience with hotel divan. No mirrors in the bathroom to shave. Booked with breakfast but they don't serve you before 8:00 a. M. Very bad staff, food on order took 40 to 50 minutes minimum. I will not recommend this to anyone.

The hotel room had spides on the bed, cockroach on the floor and walls, ants everywhere, washroom door broken tap broken. Worst thing is after booking 3 days stay, has no refund policy for this hotel. And the hotel manager is least bothered to change the room also. Think before booking.

They don't have the facilities of the genset when there is power failure. Even charged me extra 500 rs for the check in at 8:15 am to which i tried negotiating and paid rs 400.
