They asked for extra money saying only room available in ground floor, not upper. Lying people on pretext of earning more money.

Ac was not in working condition. Very less staff. Has converted house into hotel. No bathing gel in bathroom.

It's a home away from home. A small hotel at a peaceful residential location with extremely courteous staff, awesome food and brilliant room service. It didn't feel like we're staying in a hotel. It was as if we're at a relative's place. Very neat and clean and overall an excellent experience. Thank you everyone at The Nook.

I was looking for a room for the night in bhubaneswar. Browsing mmt, i found the nook hotel with good ratings. I arrived an hour early and had to wait at the reception before checking in. The hotel is in a residential area, quite far from the market. The room was good and clean. There's an eatery on the roof for meals. However, the bathroom had an issue with water clogging in the wash basin.

You can hear each and every noise from adjacent room and hall. I asked for water that didn’t arrive but when i told them at the checkout they denied that it didn’t happen

Easy check in. Accommodating staff. Better to mention unavailability of lift yo help aged and ailed patients. Priority for ground floor check in to be managed while booking.
