The most commendable thing is its cleanliness and the staff behaviour. I would highly recommend to stay here. The location was also very convenient.

The hotel had courteous staff. Fair spread of the morning breakfast. Courteous housekeeping. The only caveat was that they didn't have the towels, nor the soaps, nor the dental kit pre-arranged in the rooms, we had to ask them for those and they were prompt in providing them. But do not expect a star hotel accommodation. Worth every penny though. But be prepared with limited parking space in the open, no covered parking available. Also it happens to be in a very busy road so that was a hassle for us to drive on to the main road from the approach lane.

Room was not cleaned. Specially washroom. Food quality was too bad that's why i was effected stomach infection. Plz talk to hotel management. Hotel is very bad.

Check in issue. Tv not functional. Heater and geyser not functional. Pathetic service. Had to call multiple times for simple requirements.

Charging points were not working. Kettle was not working. Ac didn't work well. Water leakage whole night. Had to shift room. But that room too had same problems. Ac wasn't making room cool too. Food was good although. Room was very dirty. Bed sheets sofa everything was dirty. Tv wasn't working.

Room charges per night is very high according to the room size, for solo staying 1 or 2 nights it is okay.

1. Casual attiute of the people at receptiuon with regards to customer issues. 2. Things are in confusing state at the saaj. Staff is not aware abiyt their internal processes like breakfast charges, cab facilities etc. 3. It's a good and convenient property. However, people seem not involved in projecting a hotel image to the customers, taking everything very lightly. My room's ac was not working, and the tap and shower were running at the same time. Surprisingly, there was no resolution after my complaint. My room was stinted with smoke from cigarettes.

I stayed here with my parents and my overall experience with the hotel was pleasant. Pros: 1. The staff is very sweet and helpful. 2. The water pressure in the shower was great. 3. The ambience of the hotel is nice. Cons: 1. The towels provided were very old and looked unclean. 2. The bed linen is also not very new 3. The bathroom is not modern enough, in accordance with the ambience of the hotel. 4. The breakfast buffet is tasty but the options are very limited.

Nice stay, food is good, location is near to railway station. Buffed breakfast also nice. Staff are cooperative.

Property is very clean and hygiene. Staff was supportive. Breakfast was awesome and room service was quick. Overall it's great experience.
