Recently stay date 21-09-24 with my family. Overall third class maintance in high category deluxe room. I suggest never ever stay in this hotel because it's worst maintain room. In room in bed in chair in washroom everywhere cockroach. In room in washroom very bad smell like gatter nala smell in all room and specific washroom this is my very bad experience stay in this hotel

Toilets were in a pathetic condition. After informing also staff didn't clear it. They aren't worried about client satisfaction and service. This hotel should be your last option. Don't go with outside infrastructure, check the room before booking.

The hotel's location is very good in terms of connectivity, not too much deep inside the city and not very far from the central location. Rooms are clean, big and spacious. Breakfast is good with decent options and a good dinner. Staff is courteous and friendly. Overall good value for money combination.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. And good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Hotel was good. Problem of small cockroaches in bathroom & room needs to be solved. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping services required improvement as no towels in the room, tv was not functioning & even after informing them hotel staff could not solve the issue

Location of hotel is convenient. Good service by housekeeping staff. Washroom is clean and of ok size. Variety and quality of breakfast needs lot of improvements. Value for money hotel for small group and solo travellers.

Hotel is so dirty and horrible, i don't think it is fit enough to be called a hotel especially not for foreign tourists. We asked for toilet roll repeatedly and finally received it on the evening of last day and even that when i offered to pay for it. Bathroom and room was so dirty it makes me wonder when was it last cleaned. I don't think it's worth even 10% of going rate. Don't waste your time and money on this rubbish place.

Superb place to say at bhuj with luxurious room with all facilities including fridge and locker room and very yummy breakfast in the morning. Hospitality of staff is also very good.
