1.Not a professional hotel 2.In the name of free breakfast 2 breadpeice and a cup of tea 3. No slippers in the room 4. No kettle in the room 5.washrooms are not clean 6.even rooms are not well maintained. 7. Room service is very pathetic 8.No bill book

Proximity to bus stand, market, tourist place is the plus point. Rooms are small but it's neat and clean. Management were courteous.

Pro: the main receptionist shri jitubhai is the asset of the hotel. He is very attentive and cooperative. He rendered very good service to our family. The staff is also cooperative. Rooms are in good condition and we took rest with comfort. We two families visited the hotel in this week and happily stayed there. Cons: parking facility is not available in the premises of the hotel. But, adequate parking is available on the road under cctv coverage of the hotel. It was not a big issue for us. Minor repairing is required in fixtures such as the cupboard, exhaust fan lamp on the mirror. Which is necessary but not much affected our comfort. The a hotel is situated in semi crowded area of the city but easily reachable. Seight seeing details are not displayed anywhere in the hotel. Though, we were assisted by jitubhai and the staff verbally very well. Their rates for accommodation is found a little bit higher than normal.

Hotel is not worthy as per price. Toilet was not clean properly. There was bad odour. Tv was not working due to cable problem. There was problem between manager and hotel management.

Rooms are very small in size

Rooms are not clean and not hygiene at all, electricity off for half a day and no generator in the hotel (if you imagine now a day if you do not charge your electric gadgets or water for shower provided in buckets, total charges taken for deluxe room and given very small room. It was real worst experience up till now.
