Ac was not working and fan was going off and on whole night unable to sleep properly due to this. On complain they said it's due to some phase issue and asked us to adjust. On asking for a refund, they denied. Food service was good.

Overall stay was fine, all meals provided were amazing fresh and delicious, resort's scenery is out of this world going here just to chill for few days can be considered in future.

Rooms are good but service are bad. Slow dining service and pool was not maintained. Dead insects and frogs are floating on water. Nobody was present at gate to open it. We had to wait for 5 mins there. Need huge improvement.

We had stayed for one night only. Staff is quite good and caring. Food is normal. Resort can be more popular if approach road to resort from bichhiya mani road is made convenient. Presently no sign boards on way. It was very difficult to reach in night. Over all resort is ok

Check in kiya 12 bje 1st october ko room m enter krte hi light nhi thai ac nhi chail rah a only fan booking to super ac delux ki thai 1 se 3 lunch time tha hum 2:30 bje gye but lunch ready nhi tha uske bad m pool itna ganda mendhak maria hua green color water tha 2nd october ko reception p koi nhi tha

The food serving is very slow, and we were charged for the complementary bottles that are given. The cost was 10 and we were charged 30 per bottle. The place is beautiful but the experience was not very good because of these things. Food is satisfactory.

The location was beautiful and the rooms were very spacious and clean. The hygiene was properly maintained. The food was really tasty and homely. The staff was well behaved and friendly. I had a great experience.

Flush wasn’t working, didn’t have electricity for straight 2 days washrooms weren’t clean at all, food was above average there were alot of insects and flies all around inf-act the service was a bit slow

The view of kanha seems very natural and too good, the arrangement by the staff was so nice , staffs were attentive with good communication also well dressed and served me so nice I like the whole management done by the resort sarhi staff as well as the hygiene factors was quite impressive will sure visit again well managed by the staff ,Good food.will recommend sarhi resort to friends and family 👌👌😘😘

Property is at good location but maintenance is very poor, swimming pool was not clean and not in working condition. My room was 105 where room lights was on for whole night and the switch were not working. Also, bathroom lights were off for the whole night and also not working. Sarhi gate were this resort is situated is not known for tiger sighting. All in all waste of time and money

Excellent property, just adjacent to the entrance of kanha tiger reserve. Well maintained nice independent villas, good food. Just in the heart of the forest, you can hear the voice of animals and birds, especially at night, very pleasant cold in the first week of april. We have booked a room with breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lunch time was 1 pm and we check out the time was 12 pm, since 11. 30 the staff started calling for check out and sharp 12 pm one staff member was knocking on the door. I asked for 30 mins to check out, as lunch was not ready. But he was suggesting to put luggage in the car and wait for lunch. The same thing was happening with the next room. That was the only disappointment otherwise everything was fine
