The place was so well maintained. Everything. Was perfect and well made. Food was so delicious. Only drawback i saw was when ordered fresh like soda from room to the restaurant, they took more than hour to bring it to room. It could have happened because of many reasons but just because that i don’t want to low rate the place! it’s a must visit place and near to almost all must visit places in bidar

The resort has about 24 rooms arranged sequentially along a narrow corridor with car parking at the end. Thus one can conveniently offload/load luggage directly on our room doorstep. The front part of the resort consists of a restaurant, banquet hall and a small party hall. The resort being just outside town limit on the bidar nanded road is in a way isolated. Having your personal vehicle is a must to stay here as public transport is not dependable. For food the option is also limited to the in house restaurant which is relatively costly. Rooms are sized adequately and have the basic furnishings. However service is poor. Most of the staff are not trained well and response is poor. We stayed here for 2 nights and during checkout there was a delay in clearing although i had intimated 15 mins in advance. The resort has a tiny gym and a small pool. Towels are provided at the pool for extra cost or we need to use our room towels. The charge for a two day stay was about rs. 12, 600 inclusive of breakfast which i think is fairly high. Maybe using the 'resort' title enables them to extract higher prices without it being worthwhile.

Good stay option in bidar or a weekend getaway.

Only thing one gets is a room. Do not expect any services including food, internet, maintenance or amenities. Staff is completely unresponsive and is not even available most of the times. Nobody is reachable on any number. One has to physically walk to reception for getting anything done. Please don’t waste your money for an overpriced stay. We travel-led as two families including young kids and elderly. Even basic services like room service or buggy transfer was unavailable most of the times. One has to physically go to reception or restaurant for any response. Stressful and unpleasant stay. We tried to find basis services support multiple times but to no avail. No ownership from staff. They just say that someone else will do it. There is no point in asking for manager as he was on long leave and none of the other staff member is bothered to cater to the customers. There is no one to assist or assist guests. In case you eat at restaurant, do check your bill carefully. They put items from other tables in your bill unless you highlight. Happened 3 out of 3 times with us: only empty rooms with broken electricals. Stay at your own risk.

The property is quite close to bidar fort and jira sahib. Rooms are very nice and well equipped with all necessary things. There is a water circulated swimming pool. Food and room service are quite good. We had to order some food late night, the resort people served it on time. The staff at the hotel were also very nice, courteous and helpful.
