Review Of Hotel Chetali

The property has a cooperative staff and clean rooms. Guests appreciated the behavior of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast served was also good. However, some guests found the deluxe room to be average and not so deluxe. Toiletries were not provided without asking and there were no complementary water bottles or tea/coffee pouches. The room telephone intercom was not working in some rooms. Some guests also complained about the noise of traffic and bad smell in the bathroom.
