Take without breakfast option. Shower was not working upto mar

Review only positive point 1. Rooms and overall hotel is very neat and clean negative points 1. Very poor customer service. The phone at the reception was not working. Many times i had to physically go down at the reception and order something 2. There is no restaurant hence there is no use of taking breakfast options because they offer only poha and a loo puri 3. At the time of breakfast i continuously rang the reception for 30-45 mins but no one received the call at reception hence i had to checkout without breakfast. Lastly when the cab came to pickup us, the person handed over me the breakfast of poha in parcel 3. The water in shower comes at very slow speed due to heater (as per receptionist) so you have to compulsorily take bath in bucket 4. When i visited there was a wedding going on in the hotel. When i ordered extra mattress they took around 1-1. 5 hours and the reason was ab-hi aadmi busy hai.

the property is a new property and has all the amenities. the rooms are well decorated and very beautiful. they have an in house restaurant which serves delicious food. the laal maas was great. the best i have had so far. the bed linen were not very clean in the room that was given to us and when i approached the staff they gave us a new room. the hotel has a big garden/ lawn space which is great to bask in the winter sun and for the kids to run around. there was enough space for parking and was safe too. since it's a new property they are still working on streamlining things. with time i am sure this hotel will be one of the best in bikaner.my best wishes to them and gratitude for a comfortable stay in their hotel.

Room are spacious and clean. Washrooms are also clean and big. Hotel staff is very cooperative. The person at reception is very familiar. We had a booking for one day only for the skating competition, and we couldn't book for next two days. The reception person humbly told that you carry on with your competition and stay comfortably, he didn't take the amount in advance also. Thanks very much to him for making such a comfort. ,
