The hotel lacks basic facilities. And the resident was given breakfast. No ironing facility is in there.

There is no exhaust fan in bathroom. Landline phone was not working, room was not properly clean, even toothpaste was not provided

Our check in was at 12 noon but the rooms were not ready till 3 pm, we have booked super deluxe rooms but we were given deluxe small rooms, behavior of the manager was also bad and rough.

Hotel was good but the thing was missing in the room was tea cattle and the tea was so pathetic and the grilled sandwich was too bad. I would prefer to go out for even a single tea.

It was an average stay, the area under bed requires to be cleaned, a lot of dust under bed, not cleaned up atleast more than 2 weeks very poor hygiene.
