Was a very average hotel. Staff was not trained at all, had no communication at all. There was a party taking place in the open, loud music kept us awake till past midnight.

No working swimming pool, water tap was not working properly in the bathroom, no spa services available which they were claiming at booking time

The property is having some construction going on an d some maintainence work also. Staff was very helpful, food was average, service is bit slow.

The hotel provided exceptional service during my stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining it. The hotel's dining options were diverse and delicious, and room service was prompt. The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful in arranging activities and transportation. Good place to stay.

Everything is good about the property. We stayed in a cottage that was quite comfortable. There are 2 swimming pools, hence they don't get too crowded. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Following improvements are suggested: 1. Wifi could be better 2. The breakfast spread could be bit more elaborate.

The place is good and i had a comfortable and peaceful stay. The resort is quite big and mostly well maintained. The pool was not maintained and was not usable for us.

Dental kit heater slippers and other things are included in the facilities but they were not already there. When it was mentioned they provided but that is not good. The blankets were not enough to protect the cold

Had an average experience, staying on 31st Dec night. Pro: Decent property, with cottage rooms and green open space Cons: The rooms are old and need renovation, especially bathrooms The gala dinner event was very poorly managed

The resort is at isolated area. No provision of any vehicle from resort to market or any other place. No transportation available. No wifi connectivity. Intercoms are not working. Food is excellent.

Room keeping service should be upgraded… like sanitation, laundry services and cleanliness of bathroom. Food quality is good and rates are fare . Connectivity from bus stand , railway station and airport is not good so please atleast provide either cab / taxi driver mobile no. For better connectivity. Hotel staff and receptionist is very cordial and amicable. Overall experience is good
