No basic amenities provided. It's type of a lodge. Rather than a hotel. No breakfast at restaurant. No water bottle.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were good and friendly, the rooms were not spacious but clean, and the amenities were also ok. Good location for guests who are coming for a visit in bcn railway depot. Online food ordering is allowed and have a variety of restaurants around to choose for.

The hotel is not upto mark because of- hygiene and cleanliness. Poor quality of service from staff. Restaurant is unhygienic and food taste not good

मैंने on line सर्च करके बुकिंग की थी मन में संशय था कि होटल कैसा होगा लेकिन रूकने के बाद सब कुछ अच्छा मिला खाना साफ सफाई स्टाफ का व्यवहार सब कुछ अच्छा था

The room and washroom were well cleaned and good. But the service was not up to the mark. We had to wait more than one hour for our breakfast.

No complementary provided, mineral waters are also chargeable. Other hotels are providing complementary shaving kit, tooth kit and mineral water bottle. Please visit other hotels if you need better experience.

Pathetic food service

Whenever we ask for anything which are available in the menu list they denied to give that. Pathetic food and breakfast option available. If you ask them for green vegetables they will offer you aaloo zeera with lots of oil.

Not a pleasant stay.

I stayed here for 5 days. Not a good hotel to stay. The room is not cleaned properly and bedsheet are also having stains. Water is also not provided. Parking at the basement is also not good.
