It is an excellent hotel. Full value for the money spent. Very elaborate food menu. Very cordial staff. Lot of activities for adults as well as children. I would like to come again and enjoy here my holidays.

It’s a memory to cherish. A stay here is more than an experience. This property is a true haven of elegance and comfort. Every detail exudes warmth and luxury. The staff’s hospitality is excellent. The serene ambiance makes it a perfect retreat. Me and my family really enjoyed a lot.

Zero service, zero hospitality, zero amenities, too overpriced. There was not a single drop of body wash in bathroom. Broken or loose fixture, uncomfortable bed, cramped room and bathroom.

The property is very beautiful and location near to see is convenient. The staffs are cooperative and well behaved. Food is delicious and fresh. Complementary breakfast is best. Overall a good experience for me.

Property has undergone a positive change. Lots of new additions compared to our last visit. Food has plethora of options and as always the standard has been top notch. Staff and hospitality is excellent. Would love to visit again.

This was the 10th visit to the property stay was good. I was accommodated on the new block. Rooms are clean but the food part in not mayfair stands. And they took near about 45 min to bring the stuffs from the room during checkout.

They need to spend money on training their staff. One of the staff did not give me a free item available in the room ( small jar of mixture ) because i had checked out 5 mins before.

Pleasing as always. Services, staff behavior, amenities, foods all to the mark. Had a 2 days stay. Enjoyed to the fullest, specially the kids. Home theater is the most attractive addition to the amenities.
