That was my second stay at Sagoun rt. Great place for nature & peace lovers. Location, in the jungles of Ratapani, is fantastic. Food, both veg & non-veg is very delicious… rooms have all the basic amenities with proper Wi-Fi. Staff is quite courteous & humble. I recommend at least one day stay 👍

Peace and calm in natures lap

Delawadi trip was quite calm and relax. Service was good so was the restaurant at the resort. Location is very good. Staff is also very polite and courteous. Very much recommend everyone to try it once.

Deteriorated room qualities and service

Intercom was not working. Frequent power cuts. Many items on the menu not available. Rooms were not clean. Insects entered in the room. Some items in the complimentary breakfast were charged separately

Rooms are good and are properly maintained. Staff are also gentle and polite. Need to improve on restaurant part only as many items listed in menu is not available. Overall experience was good.

Not worthy for stay.

No amenities, no indoor games, no pool aur sitting area, no toiletries in washroom, no food after 8:30, no wi-fi…. even electricity cut multiple times. All u get is a room and a restaurant.

Need to literally work on food and service

We went in total 3married couples took 3rooms. Pros: location is nice as per budget room quality and cleanliness is good cons: a lot many. Before booking i called the premises and asked nonveg availability, after we reached they said only curry is available, no fastfood. The manager bhaiyalal is very typical and not cooperative. No food available after 9pm. We were informed at 8:30pm. Quality of food, taste is 5/10rating. We smoked in room while check-out again bhaiyalal tried to poke, telling unnecessary things that smoking is not allowed(written no where in the room and told while checkin) mp tourism needs to work hard on service and training of staff.

Staff is not appropriate

Worker of resort is not copra-ting as we arrive at 9pm they give norespons and-served cold food and when we asked they have no replay

really disappointing experience

no water, no AC, no service. request you all please don't West your hard earn money in this particular resort. the manager was really rude to us. electricity was not there all most whole day. please don't book it for stay. food was not good at all. they over charged for every thing.

Good Stay

Good basic cottages. Nice settings on main road which is mostly quiet. Right place if you wish to cover salkanpur temple, jungle safari with track to ginnore gadh palace and awali ghat at narmada river. Excellent food with willing shef to customize breakfast and meals to your liking and taste. Suggest 2 nights stay for perfect relaxation.

Restaurant is okay, accommodation is poor

The rooms are not clean. Bedding was dirty, no cover and stains on pillows. Bed is big enough to adjust 3 medium sized adults. There was a power cut for 10-12 hours and they did not turn on the generator in the night. It was suffocating as all doors and windows are closed because of the jungle area and had zero ventilation in the room. Ac remotes are removed in winters. Food is simple and taste like home cooked. Not much variety but good to enjoy.

Terrible Stay

the review is here poor hospitality and total mismanagement, they gave a package of complimentary breakfast, but ever since the morning it was struggle coz cook was not available ( can you wonder 💭??? are they running a property ??) we checked out feeling hungry and also inside room ( where we stayed ) the phone landline wasn’t working , tv was dead , dental kit was not available. total poor and pathetic. no nothing much to write
