While traveling to calicut, i searched for low budget hotels and inquired about the same with local guides, so i selected the omkar hotel. Very budget friendly and easy access to railway station and bus station. The location is in the heart of the city and has a veg restaurant. Very friendly staff.

Kozhikode is a great place to stay for travelers.

Omkar hotel is a great place to stay for travelers. It is easy to go everywhere there, railway, bus stand, beach etc. You can get good vegetarian food there. I felt better there

we can't ate food about room we said like fan was not satisfied air not getting freely and tv Remote is not there to change the channel they charged like but price r k but that much amount we need valuable things at room so not satisfied at room but is nice 👍

The service and food in omkar is very good. Rooms could have been better but it is very clean. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. A family stay place for sure. Will visit again in future.

Mosquitoes are everywhere no cleaning no reception person no water facility only near by areas are close except this there is no use of booking this room in omkara

Their main business is restaurant and no one in the reception at least. It's an average hotel. Next time i won't prefer.

It is located near bus stand so easy to locate, and the intercom number is not available we have to call using mobile, the food is quite expensive but the quality is good. The room had a kind of odour it’s not pleasant, the room service is available only you make a call, the locker and wardrobe had a lock but it doesn’t work, the food can be ordered in room itself it is good to get food at room, toilet had both hot and cold water supply, the front door only upper latch was working the lower one and the side viewer chain was not operating, check timings were reminded by the hotel reception staff, overall it’s an average room with good ac working condition,

The bed was full of lice. The room was not tidy. No blanket was provided. No person on reception. To attend the call or to hear the concern. Overall the worst hotel to stay

As I checked with the hotel they agreed with early morning check in.but from their internal miscommunication they didn't give the proper details to security . so i waited from 5.00am to 8 am at the lobby. Good thing observed 1. silent atmosphere 2.inside hotel for the food ( good food and clean atmosphere) 3.Quiet and piece full 4. Railwaystation is reachable by just a walk 5. Auto Taxi available all the time near to the hotel and they only take fare amount Bad things observed 1. Damaged bedsheet and blanket. 2. Dirty bath towel. 3. There is no one present in reception. 4. Booked a room with complementary breakfast for 2 days . On the 1st day they asked for the complementary option in the booking details. even i showed them they need to recheck with the manager twice to give the food. They gave me bill on the 2nd day too. i need to reconfirm the complementary option. 5. Food options are very expensive. ( 1 iddly cost ₹20) recommend to select room with comp.breakfast. 6. There is no regular room service. (maybe get if we call them) 7. No Ladies staff
