Room is congestive and it will designed single room space, not for double room. And also report that room has unusual smell and not air circulation. Room rent also very high.

Had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious enough for two of us. Cleanliness was decent. Staffs were supportive and helpful. Especially the **** at reception. Overall great experience. Thank you.

Good and safe location for family and couples its a good experience and nice stay and don't have any disturbance. The one issue was only have limited numbers of channels on television.

Room key was broken and i was not able to lock my room, they didnt have any other rooms for changing. And also so many flies inside the room.

Rooms are not ready on time upon reaching the residency. Also bad smell on allotted rooms. Not recommended for others

Hotel is maintained clean. It is closely located to calicut beach and few very famous hotels like paragon and rehmath. Also very close from both railway station and ksrtc bus complex. They gave a complimentary breakfast even with out opting for it. I felt room size be slightly bigger, otherwise a good stay.

"our stay at the hotel was average. The room was decent, but some aspects felt dated. The staff was friendly but not overly attentive. While the location was convenient, the overall experience lacked that extra charm. The on-site amenities were satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. It's an okay choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay without expecting too much"

Although, it doesn't have much facility, its quite an amazing place to stay and may be with family its not good to be there, but for two people its really good, it was our first experience at calicut we are not familiar with the place and people over there, the general manager has been assisted for everything

The hotel staff is nice. They offered us a complementary breakfast, though it was not mentioned on the website. For family, at the given price level and location - my experience at this hotel was fantastic. Highly recommended for someone who is looking for budget friendly, family friendly and stay nearby kozhikode railway station

The room was good. Location is ok. But the tv connection was poor and an hour before our exit only it was repaired. For a couple stay only 1 towel was provided. There was a double bed and single bed in the room. We were asked not to use the single bed. Only a small plate up-ma was given at 8:30am as a complementary breakfast. But overall it was a fair good experience. How will i get to this discount?

I didnt stay here after booking. I agree the amount was non refundable but i left the place. Mosquitoes, dirty bed sheets, bugs on bed, no air circulation, to whatever you hate. The lobby area had bad smell of cigarettes. The boys were not at all friendly instead they were busy playing pubg. Terrible experience
