A beautiful property admist jungle. Stunning views. Food and service is top notch. Steam and sauna services are great. Walking upto pine trails is very good activity. My family really enjoyed the stay, fresh air and stunning views of mountain

We had an excellent stay at welcomhotel by itc hotels, tavleen, chail. We got a chance to celebrate diwali along with other hotel guests, wonderful arrangement - right from the warm welcome we recd at the time to check in. Kudos to itc management and staff!

Hotel was very nice view was very nice but staff ( ladies don't know her name on reception) first tell that room decorating are complementary from hotel side but when we check out and travel around 15 kilometres then call me and demand 2 thousand and use cheap language

Beautiful property with excellent view from rooms. Balconies are very spacious and its a great space to sit & unwind. The team at the reception was very cordial, the f&b team was very helpful with everything. Special thanks to ms salon i who served us at the restaurant. The service was very prompt and comforting. Overall i very pleasant experience staying with tavleen chail

A damp squib

We decided to have a holiday at itc tavleen based on the images of the hotel available on internet. The property has been developed with lots of taste and hardwork by mr mainee but branding & mgt by itc is not befitting. Our experience- 1. Check in. Though we reached chail early but reported for check in at reception at 3 pm. Had to wait till 4 pm as the allotted room was not ready for occupation. 2. The room. It had a machine room next to it which kept disturbing us through the night. 3. Hospitality. The body language of the team had signs of a demotivated team which had lost an important match recently. They definitely need to be trained to deal with guests cheerfully. 4. Restaurant. Ambience of the place, quality and depth of cuisine leaves much to be desired 5. Overall the experience was certainly not worth the high tarrif we paid and doesn't match other itc hotels where we have stayed. 6. Wouldn't recommend any of our friends to stay at itc tavleen. Best wishes

Location Amazing Food was Good 👍 but Quality of product was not upto the mark of a 5 star... example very low grade shaving blade and tooth brush.. For kids they have lot of things like play zone , Arcade area ,slides and swing and pool ..etc

Very nice property. Its beautiful and well managed. All staff were courteous and always helpful. It’s a secluded and peaceful place. Book early to avoid paying premium tariff. It is made over the years of 10.

Wonderful property. I like the meditation room the most. Get your soul the food from here. Gym is 24 hours. Spa & pool area are also well maintained. We loved staying here

As a brand itc what was expected in terms of services etc wasn’t their in this property, one eg the house keeping for our room was done in the afternoon after multiple calls, for the amt that we pay for such brand and property. None was experienced appropriately. Itc shud learn hospitality and other quality maintenance from taj and oberoi. Will never book itc properties ever again for our vacation stay.
