Clean and calm place, sound of falls

Our stay was short, they opened the doors at 3 am, thanks to them. A clean and calm place, at 3 am the sound of falls was coming in the balcony, which made it exciting place to stay. Very good sleep i got at night.

Room and the hotel premises were neat and hygienic. There is a river nearby. What could be improved is the customer service. I had to ask for toiletries multiple times. Also, there was an ambiguity surrounding the availability of food in the restaurant. The person in charge told me breakfast and dinner are available, but when i checked the next day for breakfast, he himself was clueless.

An excellent stay-in this resort, very near to the main highway and surrounded by nature in its plush green. The chalakudy is close by, and so are the hills on the other side. The athirapalli waterfalls is in walking distance. We were well received by the manager and his team. The food was good, prepared, and presented in time and with care. The housekeeping is good and environment protection has been taken care of.

Very good experience, excellent staff and homely food, near to waterfall. Can improve the toiletries and bedding. Worth for the money you pay.

Neat and clean stay surrounded by lush green forest. Just 1. 9 kms away from arthirappilly falls. Hospitality was too good.

we have experienced *excellent stay* at athirappilly green sights.. except due some reason their *restaurant service was not available* otherwise.. house keeping service was very good..!!.. regards.. kiran pingulkar & family.. 💐🙏

I have stayed with my family 4 members, no water for rest room for 5 hours and no step's they have made to arrange water, after an strong fight with two of the caretaker water they have arranged by 9. 30 pm, no proper response from care taker for water issue. Ac given in one of the room was not working properly. Worst property i have stayed so far.

I have not been able to stay here because the check post was closed from a place called valparai so i have not been able to reach here. Sadly i have lost my funds. We did not misuse it intentionally because we were not able to reach but even refund is not allowed. It was a very bad experience and i lost my money.

I booked a deluxe ac room. But they were given a non ac room. I informed the same and they didn't cooperate with us. Payment also paid for ac room. Very bad experience with this app. Very bad. I never book a room with this app in future

Service is too bad, no water, no hot water, no house keeping, i have called them from yesterday 5-6 times very bad service. I've never been in such a situation.

Pros : good stay and good staff. Very good behaviour by staff and are very helpful. Clean rooms and restroom. Quite place. Family friendly. Cons : 1. Only mineral water and soap is complementary. They do not provide tooth paste, brush etc, which most resorts or hotels provide currently. (but it is fine considering this is not a premium hotel- just mentioned) 2. No scenery from the balcony. But overall it was a pleasant overnight stay.
