The location is near silver storm athirapally. It's a hotel that never only expects resort ambiance. The food was good, the rooms were ok. I asked for a tea around 4pm. The reply was "sorry kitchen is closed. The staff are well-behaved. If you are a three or four-member family-it's ok for a night. Kids will like the pool.

Wasn't happy with my entire experience. The food was just ok with limited choices. The room was ok but toilets are due for an overhaul. Hot water want available inspire of asking for it.

Check in got delayed due to shortage of staff. But they tried their best to convince us. Rest all was good

Good ambiance, well maintained, neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. The property is a good option for short time stay. There is no hot water and the food duality average.

My stay at this hotel was good. The location is nice, near a waterfall. The staff's behavior was good. They have a restaurant and the food was good, but it took a long time to prepare. In one of our rooms, the tv was not working, and in another, the ac was leaking water. It was a pretty decent hotel to stay at as it was clean and hygienic.

I stayed for one night in hydel palace. Room was clean and they provided the mecessary things. All staffs are friendly and helping. Restaurant food is good and tasty.

The hotel looked pleasant and welcoming from the outside. The front desk receptionist friendly. The interior of the lobby was unique. The room was huge and had a balcony with a view. The toilet was dirty and not up to standard. The floor and walls were filthy and disgusting, like it hasn't been scrubbed for weeks. Also, to my surprise, the bellboy and room service walked into the middle of room with their shoes on. Pro's: room is clean. Cons: no lift only staircase. Kitchen only open at selected time. Breakfast was served late than supposed. Actual time was 8. 30am but only able to serve to us at 9. 10am. No other customers at all, the reason for late was chef arrived work late.

Good location, staff was friendly. Room was clean. Food was okaies with very less options. So you can travel ahead a little bit, you ell see some other food options.

We didn't find the front office staff (receptionist) welcoming and pleasant. Food was good but the waiting time was way beyond what they have informed us. The housekeeping staff were very good and helpful. And the room is decent and neat with a nice view.

For 1900 bucks, we received a standard room. Wifi service is bad. Constant powercuts. No hot water. Food is also average.

Stay was good. Room was good. It was heavy rain so power went off couple of times, restored soon. Bathroom was a small room. Food was excellent. We ordered veg. Biryani, it was awesome. In the complimentary breakfast we had authentic appam and stew, and puttu kadala with strong coffee. Overall good stay.

The hotel room was well good but the restroom was bad, even the bathtub was not big enough to fit people! and breakfast too they had only one item, overall it's an average stay
