The hotel is located in middle of crowded market but still the food was like homemade and very nice. The toiletry amenities were missing. Still the hotel was clean and ok.

The rooms were so dingy and dusty. Awful staff. Just 2 boys in the entire hotel. Looked like a haunted house. No lift. We had to climb stairs till 4th floor. No room service. Broken bed. No ventilation. Smelly ambience. Very dark rooms with extremely small bathroom. No parking facility. I just want my discount as part of refund back. The hotel was terrible. Could not sleep the whole night

You don't get food, but tea and coffee of course. Bed linen is not that good. Great staff very helpful

No restaurant. Very unprofessional they just want to make money. They are working in hospitality sector but very pathetic people not recommended at all

The hotel is located in a good location within city and easy accessible. The price for location is worth it. Stayed for one night.

Its not as same as in pictures. Rooms are quite small. Rooms are bit smelly with cigarette smoke.

Food and room service was good however privacy and quality of room were at stack... Can improve cleanliness of this place and AC was at worst condition I have seen ever... Window AC was there just about to expire... If this is deluxe room they are providing..
