Dirty sofa, cracks on wall, hotel has given only 2 bottle half litre each of mineral water for 3 guest, rest the water bottle was chargeable which i have paid at the time of check out, however as per booking voucher, food was not good

I'm highly disappointed. The food was bad and the rates are exorbitant. Even they charge for the tea bags, milk sachet, and sugar pouches, which are given free in the room. Order even tea and they take 30 plus minutes to get the tea

Nice hotel in a good location with almost like five star amenities. They upgraded our room which was a nice room. The staff is helpful and food is very tasty but expensive. But the breakfast options found to be limited for such a grandeur hotel

The entry started with a disappointment when i realised that there was no separate parking area for the hotel and no facilities or support arrangement for the drivers for overnight stay. The room had all the basic amenities and it was clean. Didn't find an exhaust fan in the bathroom because of which the smell inside was not pleasant. Service and staff behavior was good. The ambience and the good food we had for dinner at the rooftop restaurant bali was excellent with some live music and song. The complimentary breakfast spread in the ground floor restaurant next day morning had ok variety and good taste.
