First of all the pics shown in the display at make my trip are not the actual pics of the hotel. The room given to me was not sanitized at all. Secondly, the room service was the worst. Thirdly, i was charged 500 rupees extra at checkout which was out of my understanding. When i argued with them, they told me that this was the charge of the third person accompanying us, although i had already a booking for three persons. I will not recommend anybody to stay in this hotel. Worst ever experience. Not expected at all. I request to make my trip not to suggest such bad hotels.

Overpriced hotel

Stayed there for one night for a business trip. Hotel is in very bad shape with dim lighting, unhygienic floors, century old carpets etc. The most disgusting thing was that they are looting customers. The food price are like top notch restaurant with very basic taste and even they served stalled onion as salad. The most funny thing is they have charged 45 rs for one 200 ml water bottle during check out. At room they provided 2 bottles as complementary. But during the check out charged 90 rs for the bottles. While chasing the reception guy he just argued in a very loud voice that i ordered extra. The funny thing was a group also arguing with same water bottle charge issue. These people are and looting the customer in every possible way.
