1) no one picked the call or replied msg on official number. When asked for the reason at front desk, blatant reply was didnt got any time because he was too busy. 2) no help was offered for bags. 3) rooms were pathetic. Felt like they built in early 2000 and no one care to visit them again except the visitors like us. 4) food was not good in taste. Only good take away from the dinning was they were serving fresh and hot food.

Hotel room very dirty in my room had a lizard. Very bed room, low category towal, all where dust. Not comfortable bed mattress.

The staff are not at all helpful or courteous to the guests. Especially the front desk. The guest service is "zero. No bellboy is noticed while you check-in but they will all show up when checking out. Basic amenities are missing in the room. The towels were filthy. My dog even uses better towels than these. No upgrades at all. Not worth the price. The same menu has been repeated for years. We had to order from outside most of the time. They need to replace the cooks on a serious note.

Water kettle was dirty. Coffee and milk pouch were already opened. Not slippers in room. Towel was nit clean. Bathroom walls were not properly cleaned. Not worth as i expected.

It was a very pleasant experience. The room was top-notch. The room service was fast too. Very polite and approachable staff. Mr. Pavan at the reception, was extremely helpful and recommended us places to visit at chandigarh. Overall, highly recommended!

Terrible Stay

A. Hotel staff did not clean the room twice despite being provided with the key for more than 3 hrs b. We requested for baby milk to be heated which was denied and served on 1 day out of 3 days. All other places extend help on this front. Overall it was a pathetic response from the front desk where we were asked to plead if we wanted it, requesting fell insufficient

I've visited the property multiple times but the value it is offering now is not enough for this price. Maintenance is not proper but never faced any other administration issues. The staff is very helpful

Support staff warmth was missing majority of the times. Room house keeping was not at all satisfactory. Stayed for 2 nights and the cleaning was done without replacing the toiletries. Never goons refer this property for stay to anyone.
