Hotel property is ok ok, no staff there to welcome you. You have to ask yourself on frontoffice staff for check in. Very mediocre class 100 ml water bottle they offer you at welcome. Only the food taste is good but it's overall average stay not at all like 5 star.

Excellent property in the heart of the city with all major attractions nearby. Highly impressed by the prompt in room services. The staff were very courteous. Check in was super fast and seamless.

Hyatt hotels are known for their beautiful interiors and exceptional customer service. However this time i had terrible experience with hyatt centric chandigarh. Right from the check-in to check-out nothing went right. Initially i was given a different category of room and had to wait for more than 2 hours to get another room only to find out that the new room was lacking basic amenities. I was then shifted to the third room where again the outside view was not what i originally requested for. Thereafter the series of bad experiences kept happening. Extreme delays by house-keeping team, the room phone was not working, the tv was in-functional, basic amenities such as hair dryer was not in place, the shower knobs weren’t working in the right order, upon requesting for a paper-bad a torn paper bag was handed over, shows sheer negligence at the staff’s end. Had to request three different staff members at the restaurant to have a simple masala tea in the morning breakfast buffet which took them 20 mins to organize and upon realizing the guest left without having the tea, no courtesy call or gesture made by the either the restaurant staff or the hotel management. This shows how professional and guest centric they are.

Very convenient location, walking distance to parade ground where we participated in construction exhibition. Food and services deserves full marks.

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff was very cooperative and polite. Kashish and atish at the restaurant were extremely sweet. The only drawback is that food is highly overpriced as compared to other hotels in this category. Prakhar at front desk was very helpful. So were the housekeeping staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet spread can be improved. Thank you for the complimentary bed and the congratulatory cake for my daughter, atish!
