Even though we booked our stay on reaching the hotel, we were given warm welcome. Surat singh was very cordial and respectful. The hotel has great location. Room tariff was also good.

Location is unmatched. The only thing to advantage of lemon tree in chandigarh. Check-in experience is good. Staff is polite and helpful. Room size is smaller as compared to other lemon tree hotels i stayed and also small as compared to other hotels in the same segment. The food menu is small, having the basic regular menu. Not a fancy hotel. Housekeeping staff especially ganesh who can't speak or hear, does his job professionally. Service is good with avg speed of 5-10 minutes. Sometimes they forget and have to be reminded again. Toiletries and room accessories like slippers are not restocked during cleaning but have to be asked for. Vanity kit should be there along with face napkins or tissues. Overall i would say a good experience but there is room for improvement.

Property is located near elante mall. Ambience of the hotel was very nice. There was some construction work going on in the parking so it became a bit congested for car parking. Check in process was smooth. Card system was there. Breakfast was included in the booking and it was a small buffet with very good quality. I stayed for only one night so didn't got the time to use other services. Overall a nice stay.

My stay was good. However, i did not like the paintings in the room. And also the view from the room was not very pleasing. Location wise i feel it is approachable to the nearby mail which is a great thing for the tourist to enjoy. Food n services are good and i appreciate the staff as well.

I'm the regular customer of lemon tree, i stay at all the location across india in lemon tree but this chandigarh location hotel is not matching the lemon tree legacy. All through staffs was good and. Food. Too. But hotel campus is. Not. Good

Overall experience was more than average. Cafeteria staff and food was good and good service esp. By tanmoy ganguly. But the hotel did not have certain essentials like emergency medicines (fever. I asked medicine but they did not have any. They did not provide room slippers. Our experience at lemon tree, mcleodganj was way better.
