The rooms were just fine the food was pathetic as it was unhygienic had hair in the chappati and also in the rice

Hotel ambience is like hospital. It look like some hospital building converted to hotel. Room quality is also very poor.

The room lights were not working at the time of check in, should have been checked earlier and poor service with used dental kits kept in bathroom and slow service not up to mark

I had such an memorable stay. The staff was so cooperative. From the checkin till my checkout they staff managed so well. The front office staff was polite. I requested for a late checkout and very politely they acknowledged my request for the same. Anyway i requested for higher floor but wasn't blocked for the same. But overall, the experience was so good. Thanks staff!wishing you growth for your upcoming future.

Rooms were clean, everything was sorted only issue was they start making noises very early in morning for laundry and room cleaning things, it should be done silently to avoid getting others disturbed

It was a great experience. The room & washroom was clean & hygienic. Room was a bit small. We find location of property very convenient as it is near to elante mall, sector 17 etc. Staff was good but communication can be improved.

Pathetic stay

Rooms were not ready even at 10 pm. Pathetic room service. They take 20 min to send a person for drinking water. Rooms conditions are also terrible. Plus not worth the money

One of my friends suggested me about this hotel. According to me my feedback for hotel services so that’s was so great. All the staff members were talking nicely and gently. I got everything i asked for at the right time. About food was too good. But unfortunately wifi was not working in the room. What i didn't like.

Poor quality of rooms and food. Poor hygiene of rooms. Continuous smell of smoke. Even after repetitive requests for cleaning rooms nobody cleaned the rooms. Washroom door was broken. Worst stay ever

Metress was not good we ordered pizza but the base was not up to mark and we got handicap room our in room phone was also not working but liked the services and friendly nature of all staff whether it was front office or in room dining

Another excellent overnight stay at Hotel Mango Grove in industrial area Chandigarh ! neat and clean environment, cheerful staff …makes one feel wanted..👍! ...after a long time ordered masala omelette for in-room dining..i must say it was one of the best omelettes that i have had in ages..! my appreciation for :- -preet and tara ..for a clean room with good clean linen. -manoj and the chef for tasty food ! -rajanpreet, deepshikha and himanshu for a warm welcome and smooth checkout at the Front Desk! will come again thanx vijay
