Poor room. With lot of noise etc. Not worth staying. Tiny washrooms. Payment to be made immediately for in dining. At room. Weird experience

Checked in quite late in the evening. First experience with novotel. Availed top floor accommodation with excellent sunrise city view. Great varieties of breakfast menu with excellent taste. Mr. Sumit at front desk was extremely helpful.

The manager was not little bit of considerate despite requesting him that i had went out in very early hours and had to drove for 6 hours and got back ache and just requested to provide breakfast in room but their hospitality was rude, never provided me with breakfast despite medical issue and didn’t have breakfast. Evn they had trust issues for billing and themselves not refunding the entire amount and asking upfront when its about them. Very ridiculous in professionalism.
