I have booked this based on user rating through makemytrip app. Enjoyed very comfortable stay, cleanliness, hospitality, courteous staff, located in city centre. Close to multiple prominent locations in chennai city. Hotel in located in parallel busy traffic street, no noise pollution. Gone to stay for 2 days, extended my stay for 4 days. Beverly- stay comfortably

During my recent stay at Beverly Hotel in Chennai, I experienced a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel is situated in a posh location with excellent accessibility via the metro, and there’s ample car parking, which is a significant plus for guests traveling by vehicle. From the moment I arrived, the staff were courteous and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, I did encounter some issues that affected my overall experience. The room service was notably slow; on my first night, it took almost an hour for my dinner to be delivered. When it finally arrived, the food was cold and not very presentable. This was disappointing, especially after a long day of business meetings. To avoid further hassle, I decided to order through Zomato on the following day. The breakfast buffet, however, was a highlight of my stay. It offered a wide variety of options, ensuring that guests could find something to suit their tastes. The room itself was spacious, which added to the comfort of my stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was inadequate for the hot Chennai climate. After a tiring day, I expected the room to provide a comfortable retreat, but the AC was slow to cool the space. This led me to request a room change, but even in the new room, the issue persisted, which was disappointing for a three-star establishment. Despite these hiccups, the staff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. Their service stood out as a strong point during my stay. I appreciated their willingness to assist, which helped offset some of the frustrations I encountered. As a regular business traveler, staying in hotels 10-15 days each month, I have developed a keen sense of value for money. While I found several aspects of my stay at Beverly Hotel satisfactory, I felt that the shortcomings—particularly regarding room service and air conditioning—diminished the overall value given the amount I paid.

Very good food. Staffs are very cooperative. Nice thoight and gesture by appointing specially abled staffs. Tv channels were not working, i felt minor issue with ac control system. Near to main road, ega theatre and other eateries

Makemytrip charged more than the actual cost, going forward i will book directly with the hotel. Hotel showed me their tariff and it was cheaper. Even after paying do much wifi was not working, only south indian food they can make, please don't order anything else. They don't know the difference between spaghetti and noodles

Good location of the hotel. Excellent vegetarian food. Service is very good. They employ a number of differently abled persons. I admire this humane attitude of the management. Rooms are good. A little bit of refurbishing of the bathrooms would make this even more attractive. Overall i would like to use this hotel for my future visits to chennai. Strongly reccommond this hotel which is also a great value for money.

Nice comfy spacious rooms with good service & clean bathroom. Good to see that hotel team have employed 6 members in cleaning staff who are unable to hear or speak. It's nearby kilpauk metro station so good conectivity is there. But (there's always a but. Hotel refused to provide gst invoice if booked so it can be a tricky for corporate employees. team shall look into this only mentioning on your booking voucher does not mean hotel will follow.

Average hotel. And needs to renovate or upgrade.

Bathroom doors were broken and not locking. The reception did not even offer to change us to a different room. We requested for a late check out by 1 hour. That was declined as well. House keeping or room service, i would rate them average. The only thing that was good was the breakfast, and the team during breakfast.
