Location is in prime area, closer to the airport room was decent no intercom available only one towel was kept cleanliness can be better breakfast was decent overall ok for transit

Good in service, rooms and bathrooms are clean, organized the drivers stay, breakfast is good, near by shopping malls, good to explore.

Location was very convenient to locate and nearness to the airport was plus point. Rooms were hygienic, food was delicious. Complimentary breakfast was available which was also delicious. Staff behaviour and attitude was polite. Though our stay was just for one night it was worth. The manager also offered us cab so we didn't need to wait for booking it online. Tv ac all functional. Extra bed was also provided. Totally liked the stay.

It’s a smoking room so beware. Rooms are not clean. Breakfast not served in a clean manner. Also it’s non veg hotel, smells bat at times.

Location is good in main area. Decent breakfast with friendly staff. Blankets and towels offered are not so clean may be just wipe and give for all clients, no proper dry cleaning, not sanitized. Foul smelling in blankets, bed and rooms. We stayed with family where amenities are not worth for money. Management need to focus on improving the quality of rooms, blankets, beds or else lose customers even it's in prime location.

They did not refill soap, drinking water bottle, towel after cleaning room during my 2nd day stay. There were no electric katle at the room. You should always call room service for starting tv and a/c ( they only can operate these like this ) take 1 hr to provide me room even after my early check in request while booking very limited option of breakfast

Property location is good. But rooms are very bad condition and lot of cocroch and insects. Very bad oder inside the rooms. No welcome drinks and there there is no coffee and tea and hot water kettle in side the room. There is no proper bed sheets and towels. The towels are as good as kitchen clothes and too dirty. Break fast is very bad and no verities.

The room was too congested, the bathroom and the towel both were very dirty, also the fan regulator was not in working condition and the ac was also not working well, overall the hotel is very worthy as compared to the room and the appliances. The chicken item was so bad, and the complimentary breakfast item was very small

Superb stay. Excellent staff well maintained hotel and food was also good. We have went to chennai for purchasing and stayed there. We didn't feel any discomfort everything is fine

The bathroom was very dirty, the buckets were dusty. Bedsheets were dirty and not properly laid out. The staff were not cooperative.

This hotel is not value for money. Bathrooms are of very-bold and not hygienic. Room is also not upto stand. Breakfast is also not as per standard.
