Early morning we arrived. Rang the bell continuously. After 10 minutes the guy finally showed up but he was very rude to us! even after we checked with the hotel about early check-in, he refused to let us in!

Terrible experience rooms and washrooms are not clean. I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights there was a power cut for 3times there in power backup no proper amenities it's not a hotel it is lodge.

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. The AC was leaking and it had ruined the entire bed by the time we arrived. The door of the cupboard was already broken and they blamed it on us. The flush wasn’t working properly and the buckets were very old. It was not at all worth the price.

The hotel is not a 3 star you can call it just a hotel and a place to stay. For double bed ac room: amenities : bed, tv, ac geyser. What they can improve: better customer service as no mineral water bottles, no room servicing.

I was impressed with the location with all types of restaurant around and a decent room with ac and hot water facility. Area of improvement: cleanliness, lack of tea coffee facility. If they improve on this, it will be good place to reside. But, value for money.

Location is close to us embassy. Rooms are small. One of the rooms they showed us was mouldy. Apparently reason was due to recent rains in chennai. Second room they gave in a completely different building where the workers were sleeping in hall and we had to sleep in a bedroom. No privacy.

Chennai stays hotel not meet the expectation, manager is rude in talking. They even not taking complaint seriously, after check-in. They will not rectify the issue facing in room.

The room were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. However, service was not upto the mark. No breakfast was provided. Eating space was not cleaned. Tv was not working for most of my first day's stay. I stayed for 2 days. Overall it is good place to stay in budget for a short duration.

One of the worst stay in Chennai! Reception no. Doesn't work, have to get down from first floor and go to opposite building if you need anything form hotelier. The person in reception not friendly at all. Talk rude, see us like beggers.
